This is MK here. I have been in Gunn's Marine Bio class the entire year, but have grown up very closely to the ocean. I loved visiting aquariums and the beach as a child and now see them with a new scientific lens. I'm excited to see our ROV in action and compete against the other groups. I hope that as team leader I can keep us on track, troubleshooting well, and working together.

I am T.H, I've been in this marine biology class since August of last semester. Before I came to this class, I thought this course was going to be very interesting with all of the sea life. Since my class and I have reached the closure of the school year, we have finally gotten to build ROVs which seems pretty exciting to me but require a bit of hard work

Howdy. This is LL! I joined Gunn's Marine Bio class in September last year and have learned much more than I thought I would about the ocean. I have lived near some coast my whole life but not in California until now. I am glad I get to take this class here and learn about the awesome marine environments we have nearby. I am excited to build the ROV, especially since it is a competition which is a little push of motivation. I definitely expect to encounter a ton of problems but I trust my team will help each other stay on top of things.

Hello, this is LM here. I joined Marine Biology late in the year, and have enjoyed my experience very much. I have always felt captivated by the sea, since I was very little. I lived in Madrid most of my life, a city six hours away from any body of salt water, so moving to California was a very positive change and motivated me to learn about everything that is hidden under the water. I am very excited about this project and look forward to learning more about ROVs and all the different uses that can be given to them.
